Buat isi: panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan ayam dan udang, aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan rebung, tauge, daun bawang, kecap manis, garam dan lada, aduk, masak hingga kering. Masukkan telur kocok, aduk-aduk, masak hingga kering, angkat, dinginkan.&lt;br/&gt;2. kuliti, sisakan ekornya&lt;br/&gt;2 sdm tepung kanji&lt;br/&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br/&gt;minyak goreng. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Untuk saus: &lt;br/&gt;1 cabai merah, buang bijinya&lt;br/&gt;3 cm jahe &lt;br/&gt;1 sdt gula&lt;br/&gt;2 siung bawang putih&lt;br/&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br/&gt;4 sendok makan saus tomat&lt;br/&gt;50 ml air&lt;br/&gt;½ sdt tepung kanji, campur dengan 2 sdm air&lt;br/&gt;1 sdm cuka&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br/&gt;Udang dikupas, lalu garami, celupkan keadonan tepung kanji yang telah dicairkan dengan sedikit air lalu gulingkan ke tepung kanji kering sampai seluruhnya bertepung. Goreng dengan minyak yang panas sampai kering. Disajikan dengan saus asam manis. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Membuat saus asam manis: &lt;br/&gt;Ulek cabe, jahe,gula, bawang putih, dan garam hingga halus. Masukkan kedalam panci kecil, tambahkan saus tomat dan air. Biarkan mendidih dengan api kecil. Masukkan tepung kanji, aduk rata. Masukkan cuka. Icipi rasanya asam dan manis. Haluskan bawang merah dan putih dan campurkan ke tahu. Tambahkan cabe merah dan daun kemangi dan bubuhi garam secukupnya. Bungkus daun pisang dan kukus hingga matang. Sebelum disajikan panggan sebentar di oven atau diatas bara api. Potong daging setebal 1 inch.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus daging dalam air secukupnya beserta daun salam dan garam sampai setengah matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sementara panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai baunya harum. Masukkan tumisan ini kedalam panci daging dan masak terus sampai daging matang. Kalau airnya berkurang bisa ditambahkan air secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;4. Angkat daging kemudian goreng sampai kering (dengan api kecil).&lt;br /&gt;Menghidangkannya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Atur soun, kentang, daging goreng yang sudah dipotong tipis, seledri dan bawang goreng di dalam mangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Beri kecap asin dan cuka kemudian siram dengan kuah soto yang hangat.&lt;br /&gt;3. aduk hingga gula larut, campur campuran tepung dengan campuran susu, uleni hingga rata, beri marganine dan garam, uleni kembali hingga adonan menjadi kalis dan tidak lengket, diamkan adonan selama 30 memarkan&lt;br /&gt;4 lembar daun jeruk&lt;br /&gt;5 butir cengkeh 5 cm kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;2 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7 butir bawang merah, tumis&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih, tumis&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt ketumbar sangrai&lt;br /&gt;1/4sdt jintan&lt;br /&gt;1/4sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1/4sdt pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;4 butir kemiri sangrai&lt;br /&gt;2 ruas jari jahe&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Didihkan santan encer, masukin ayam, herbs dan air asam.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum dan matang, masukin ke rebusan ayam bersama telur rebus.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masak dengan api kecil sambil sesekali diaduk biar gak pecah. Tambahin garam dan gula.&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah ayam empuk dan kuah berkurang, masukin santan kental. Didihkan lagi 10 menit sambil terus diaduk.&lt;br /&gt;5. Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi ato ketupat, plus taburan bawang goreng.&lt;br /&gt;6. Tips: Kalo pake ayam ras, abis dipotong2 lumuri air jeruk n diemin 30 menit, bilas dan kukus dulu 15 menit. Buang ujung kepala udang yang runcing dan bersungut.&lt;br /&gt;2. Toreh punggungnya dengan pisau, keluarkan kotorannya yang berwarna kehitaman.&lt;br /&gt;3. Goreng hingga matang dengan api yang besar, Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis bawang putih dengan margarin.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan kecap asin, kecap manis dan kecap inggris.&lt;br /&gt;6. Haluskan ikan dengan saringan sampai lembut.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan air es, dan garam. Aduk sampai lengket. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan kanji sambil diuleni hingga tidak menempel lagi ditangan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bentuk adonan sesuai dengan jenis pempek.&lt;br /&gt;TIPS:&lt;br /&gt;■ Makin segar ikan, makin baik hasil pempek yang Anda buat. Usahakan menyimpannya dalam lemari pendingin atau freezer&lt;br /&gt;■ Banyak variasi resep pempek yang ada. Yang patut diingat, semakin banyak cairan (air), makin banyak kanji yang hams ditambahkan. Kemudian peras dengan kain hingga kadar airnya berkurang, lalu angin – anginkan lebih kurang 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok mentega dan gula hingga mengembang lalu masukkan telur ,setelah&lt;br /&gt;Tercampur , hentikan pengocokkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukan tepung terigu dan baking powder , aduk dengan sendok plastik&lt;br /&gt;hingga tercampur benar kemudian masukkan singkongnya sedikit demi sedikit&lt;br /&gt;hingga tercampur benar .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isi : Tumis bawang putih dan mentega hingga harum kemudian masukkan udang ,&lt;br /&gt;Sosis,daun bawang dan daun sledri. Burger dari tahu plus daging ayam ini sangat gurih dan enak. Bisa disantap dengan nasi tetapi enak juga diselipkan dalam roti plus mayones dan saus tomat. Mau coba? Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;300 g taku putih yang bagus&lt;br /&gt;100 g daging ayam cincang&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm mentega&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;1 batang daun bawang, iris halus&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm bawang merah goreng, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap asin&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm saus BBQ&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;• Tiriskan tahu hingga kering lalu haluskan.&lt;br /&gt;• Campur tahu halus dengan daging ayam, tepung terigu, dan Bumbu. Seperti tahu goreng yang ditumis dengan sayuran komplet ini. Kuahnya sedikit banyak hingga bumbu bisa meresap ke dalam tahu. Asyik banget buat lauk santap siang!&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;3 butir bawang merah, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;100 g daging sapi untuk sukiyaki/daging has sapi iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;150 g wortel, potong 3 cm, belah tipis&lt;br /&gt;2 batang daun bawang, potong 3 cm&lt;br /&gt;250 g tahu goreng, potong-potong&lt;br /&gt;150 ml kaldu/air&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm saus tomat&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap Inggris&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt cabai merah bubuk&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;• Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga layu dan harum.&lt;br /&gt;• Masukkan daging sapi selembar demi selembar sambil aduk hingga kaku dan berubah warna.&lt;br /&gt;• Masukkan sayuran, aduk hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;• Tambahkan tahu dan air, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;• Bubuhi bumbu, aduk hingga mendidih dan masak hingga kuah agak menyusut dan bumbu meresap.
